About Abraham Biderman

Certified public accountant Abraham “Abe” Biderman has over thirty years of experience leading financial firms, including Eagle Strategic Advisers, LLC. A long-time resident of New York, he graduated with his accounting degree from the City University of New York before going on to qualify as a certified public accountant. Abraham Biderman’s first professional role was as assistant deputy comptroller for the State of New York, overseeing New York City’s fiscal affairs. Mr. Biderman went on to lead the New York City Housing Development Corp. and the New York City retirement system as chairman. He later served as chief executive officer for both New York City housing and finance. Since 2003, Abraham “Abe” Biderman has served as chairman of Eagle Strategic Advisers, LLC, a diversified financial advisory and financial services firm. In addition to his busy professional life, Mr. Biderman contributes his time to several advisory boards and charitable causes. He is involved with the New York City Partnership for Fiscal Opportunities, the Metro New York Coordination Council on Jewish Poverty, and the World Jewish Congress.
